Smart phone apps for the journey

It is nice to be able to quantify things.   Smart phones make it easy.  Luckily it dawned on me to search for tracking apps,  although I did learn some things about Excel formulas.

Fasting Secret – Pay the money for the upgrade.  Not only is it more robust (manual additions allowed) you eliminate the ANNOYING adds.

Glucose Buddy – If you are serious go ahead and get the Pro version.  You can track glucose, weight and blood pressure.  Creates graphs for the nerd in you.

Water Alert – Okay.  This one is free.  I use it to track all fluid intake (water, coffee, bone broth). I turned off the alerts but the icon displays the percentage consumed on your phone.
