I couldn’t agree more. AND I cannot stress enough the importance of doing research prior to beginning intermittent fasting. Here is a great post from Bert Herring’s blog (author of AC: The Power of Appetite Correction and The Fast-5 Diet and the Fast-5 Lifestyle). I like how he breaks down the number of fasting hours based on your window of food consumption.
